Luxon LED GmbH is searching for applicants on the following position: Sales Representative in Germany

(Germany, preferred cities/ regions: Hannover, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Kassel,Fulda, Wolfsburg, Köln,Braunschweig and neighborhood)

Main responsibilities:

  • Achieving sales goals.
  • Sales to customers in the industry segment in the direct channel (B2B).
  • Generating new customer leads.
  • Regular business trips.
  • Promotion of Luxon LED brands.
  • Educating and coaching potential customers regarding the company’s products & LED technology.
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM System.
  • A constant drive to improve one’s competencies and expertise.

Our expectations:

  • Experience in B2B direct sales.
  • Preferred industries: building, electro or tele -technical, air conditioning, ventilation, construction, lightning, photovoltaics, recuperation, heating systems ).
  • Technical knowledge in building,construction industry,lightning.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques.
  • Fluent German and English (or German and Polish).
  • Openness to frequent business trips.
  • Good organization skills, committed and independent work style.
  • Excellent interpersonal approach and communication skills, work organisation and commitment.
