Luxon LED GmbH is searching for applicants on the following position: Sales Representative in Germany
(Germany, preferred cities/ regions: Hannover, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Kassel,Fulda, Wolfsburg, Köln,Braunschweig and neighborhood)
Main responsibilities:
- Achieving sales goals.
- Sales to customers in the industry segment in the direct channel (B2B).
- Generating new customer leads.
- Regular business trips.
- Promotion of Luxon LED brands.
- Educating and coaching potential customers regarding the company’s products & LED technology.
- Maintaining and updating the CRM System.
- A constant drive to improve one’s competencies and expertise.
Our expectations:
- Experience in B2B direct sales.
- Preferred industries: building, electro or tele -technical, air conditioning, ventilation, construction, lightning, photovoltaics, recuperation, heating systems ).
- Technical knowledge in building,construction industry,lightning.
- Knowledge of sales techniques.
- Fluent German and English (or German and Polish).
- Openness to frequent business trips.
- Good organization skills, committed and independent work style.
- Excellent interpersonal approach and communication skills, work organisation and commitment.
