In 2008, we started our adventure, as a typical start-up, in a basement. Though the beginnings were full of challenges, our company focused on developing the latest energy-saving technologies.

At Luxon LED we are fans of continuous improvement, being aware that every element of the organization can be systematically improved. In our work, we use lean management methodology, standardizing and optimizing the processes. We also use six sigma tools to reduce variability in the processes and provide our customers with a high quality product delivered in accordance with the expected completion date.
Our quality management system has the international ISO 9001:2015 certificate, and selected products – ENEC, the European certificate of electrical products covered by the low voltage directive.

Krzysztof Ostrowski
From the beginning of the company's existence, he was responsible for the operational part of its operations, and since 2016 he has been managing the entire structure. As part of his work, he draws heavily on the lean management and six sigma methodologies, including their elements in the organizational culture of the company. Passionate about automation and robotization of business processes and the use of data analytics as an important element of operational excellence of the company.
Maciej Szott
In the first years of the company's activity, he was the only sales rep. Currently, he manages a few dozen department, developing his and other skills in the field of sales and marketing, turning work into passion and passion. In his spare time he practices freesking and takes part in triathlon competitions.
Marek Ostrowski
From the beginning of the company's existence, he was responsible for setting development directions and building a product portfolio. He manages the department creating the most effective lighting fittings equipped with the latest IoT technology solutions. As a philosopher by training, he tries to give new perspectives to the development of the lighting market.
