Hi everyone,
we wanted to make sure that you are fully aware of how Luxon LED works in accordance with the RODO regulation.
Here are some of the actions we have taken to ensure compliance with our policies:
Safety
We have always taken data security very seriously. So far, the only sensitive data that we store is API credentials. They are encrypted and always sent only via a secure HTTP connection (https).
However, from 25 May 2018 we are improving even more in terms of security. We will not store any access credentials on our side. It will make the data breach almost impossible. Even if our system is compromised, your data is basically beyond the equation, because only computers have access to it.
We only store an undecryptable portion of the credentials for authentication, your e-mail and domain (in some cases).
Storing log files and usage statistics
To improve and solve problems with the service, we store various log files. Now we will destroy the them after 3 months from the date of collection. We never use them for anything other than monitoring or debugging.
Information about usage statistics will be removed within one month after the user unsubscribes from the service.
Right to access
GDPR gives every user the right to download any data they provide to the service. You can request all data related to your account at admin@luxon.pl, your request will be processed within a maximum of 72 hours.
Third party services
We may disclose the information you provide to us:
- Providers of IT services and systems that are used to maintain our website and use its functionalities, including: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Nazwa, Facebook
- Entities providing services necessary to send transaction and product information via e-mail or SMS to the extent that disclosure is necessary to automate, simplify and analyze these processes, including Pipedrive

Right to erasure
You can always contact us at admin@luxon.pl, requesting the deletion of all data. After the necessary authentication procedures, all data related to your account will be deleted. Even if you do not request removal, this will be done after a month from the moment you unsubscribe from the service.

“COOKIES” INFORMATION STORED AUTOMATICALLY ON YOUR COMPUTER

In the event that Luxon receives information that he has unknowingly obtained personal data of a person under 16 years of age, we will take action immediately to stop processing and delete personal data

What is the purpose and basis of data processing?
The purpose of data processing will be recruitment and conclusion of a contract of employment / commission / cooperation, and in the event of free consent, also conducting future recruitment.
The data will be processed on the basis of art. 22 1 of the Labor Code (in relation to persons employed under a contract of employment) and to the remaining extent pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 point a) and b) of the GDP.
Who will be the recipient of your personal data?
In the case of recruitment conducted via the pracuj.pl portal , the processor of your data is Grupa Pracuj sp. o.o. with headquarters in Warsaw, ul. Prosta 68, 00-838 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000584545.
How long will we process your data?
Your data will be processed by the end of a given recruitment, and in the case of your consent for future recruitment – data will be processed for a period of 12 months from the date of recruitment ending (unless this consent was previously revoked). After this time your personal data will be deleted.
What are your rights to your data?
Providing personal data is voluntary, but also necessary for recruitment and employment. Providing your personal data is also a condition of entering into a contract of employment / order / cooperation.
You have the right to access your data and rectify it, modify it, limit processing, delete, and the right to transfer data. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (General Inspector for Personal Data Protection) when you feel that we are processing your personal data in violation of the provisions of the GDPR.
Information about automated decision making:
Your personal information will not be the basis for automated decision making.
Transfer of personal data to a third country
Your personal information will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization.
