Industrial LED MN 7.0 is a compact hermetic fixture and a shorter version of the standard Industrial LED 7.0 model. This sealed industrial luminaire is designed to operate in demanding environments. It is characterized by high luminous efficacy reaching 176 lm/W and exceptional durability. The housing, made of grey polycarbonate (RAL 7035) with a transparent PC diffuser, ensures an IP66 protection rating and IK08 impact resistance. Thanks to advanced power supply and control variants (On-Off, DALI) and a wide operating temperature range (up to 60°C), the fixture is ideal for production halls, warehouses, and outdoor applications.

The Industrial LED MN 7.0 luminaire is a shortened version of the standard Industrial LED 7.0 model, designed for installations requiring high light output while maintaining smaller device dimensions. Despite its compact design, the luminaire maintains the highest technical parameters, achieving a luminous efficacy of 176 lm/W. This allows for a drastic reduction in operating costs while maintaining excellent light intensity even in hard-to-reach places.

Construction and Resistance to Harsh Conditions

The luminaire housing is made of gray polycarbonate RAL 7035, which, combined with a transparent PC cover, ensures full IP66 tightness and high IK08 mechanical impact resistance. Thanks to its smaller size than the standard version, the luminaire is easier to install in niches, on narrow profiles, and in places with dense technical infrastructure. The product is fully resistant to dust and moisture, and a specialized outdoor version allows for safe use of the luminaire outside buildings in places exposed to direct weather conditions.

Technology and Precision Control

The luminaire is available in 15W and 35W power variants, generating a luminous flux of up to 5800 lumens at color temperatures of 3000K, 4000K, and 5000K. Users can choose between versions with standard On-Off power supply or advanced DALI control, which enables intelligent management of light intensity. To simplify the installation process as much as possible, the offer includes a through-wiring version and a version with a quick connector, allowing for rapid connection of luminaires into light lines and reducing the installer’s working time.

Reliability and Longevity

The components used allow the Industrial LED MN 7.0 luminaire to operate trouble-free for up to 100,000 hours, which is confirmed by available warranty options for 5, 8, or 10 years. A wide range of permissible operating temperatures, in some versions even from -35°C to +60°C, ensures that this compact luminaire remains fully functional both in cold stores and in high-temperature industrial halls.

Production Halls

The fixture is perfect for lighting production lines thanks to its high luminous efficacy and IP66 rating, which protects the system against dust and technological contaminants. Its compact size allows for installation directly above workstations or in the hall’s structural niches.

Warehouses

The fixture ensures uniform illumination of high-bay racks with minimal electricity consumption. Through-wiring variants allow for the creation of long light lines, which significantly reduces labor costs during the implementation of large logistics investments.

Social rooms

The compact MN housing makes the fixture look aesthetic in rooms with lower ceilings, providing bright and pleasant light with a color temperature of 3000K or 4000K. High luminous efficacy allows for a reduction in the number of light points while maintaining full user comfort.

Underground Garages

A high degree of protection against impact (IK08) and dust resistance make the fixture ideal for heavily used garages and parking lots. Thanks to its shorter length than standard models, it allows for flexible placement of light points for optimal illumination of maneuvering paths.

Technical Rooms

In small technical spaces, such as fan rooms or boiler rooms, the fixture offers the necessary mechanical resistance (IK08) and ease of installation in hard-to-reach places. Its shortened body facilitates maneuvering during installation among dense infrastructure of pipes and ducts.

Open Spaces

In lighting open spaces, such as sheds, covered storage areas, or loading ramps, Industrial LED MN 7.0 ensures stable light parameters in changing environmental conditions. High IP66 sealing and temperature resistance ranging from -35°C to +60°C allow for trouble-free operation in places exposed to moisture and low temperatures.
