LED lighting modernization in the production and warehouse hall with DALI control system
ZPAS Group, a manufacturer of modern solutions in automation, teleinformatics, and energy sectors, commissioned us to modernize the lighting in their production and warehouse halls. Our goal was to improve working conditions at workstations while significantly reducing energy consumption.

The primary goal of ZPAS Group was to enhance working conditions through improved lighting at workstations while maximizing energy savings. The client also requested a hassle-free installation that would not interrupt the plant’s operations, along with the creation of distinct lighting zones within the halls.
The costs of ZPAS related to hall operations were significantly reduced by using efficient LED luminaires equipped with the DALI protocol. The client particularly appreciated the fast project implementation time.”

Lighting Concept
We carried out the modernization using Industrial and Ultima LED luminaires, which are ideal for harsh industrial conditions. In the project, we implemented a DALI control system, which allows for intelligent lighting management in zones with varying workloads. Thanks to the use of motion and presence sensors, we optimized energy consumption.
Industrial LED
Industrial luminaire, ideal for demanding conditions, resistant to dust and harsh working environments. Used in areas where high performance and low energy consumption are crucial.
Ultima LED
High-performance LED luminaire providing uniform lighting for production and warehouse areas. Thanks to its long lifespan, it minimizes service costs.

We started with a detailed inventory of the existing lighting and an audit. We identified all areas requiring modernization and checked the condition of the existing electrical installation, which allowed us to minimize costs. The audit showed that the installation is in good condition, allowing a smooth luminaires replacement.
In the second phase, we implemented the LED lighting system with intelligent DALI control. This allowed the client to manage lighting in zones, resulting in additional energy savings and increased work comfort. The installation of luminaires took place without production disruptions, which was a key requirement of our client.
