Modernization of LED lighting with a DALI control system in the NEU-JKF production hall, enhancing energy efficiency and optimizing working conditions.
As part of the modernization of the production hall, we implemented energy-efficient LED luminaires and a DALI control system. The goal was to reduce energy consumption, improve working conditions, and efficiently manage lighting using natural light.

An additional challenge was carrying out installation work while the production process at NEU-JKF continued without interruption.

Lighting Concept:
In the production hall, we used Luxon Industrial 6.0 HEF luminaires, which feature a lighting efficiency of 180 lm/W. The DALI control system allowed the division of the lighting into zones, enabling better use of natural light and reduced energy consumption. The installation took place without any interruptions to the plant’s operations.
