Modernization of pedestrian crossings in Dąbrowa Górnicza to enhance traffic safety through the implementation of intelligent LED lighting systems.
In the city of Dąbrowa Górnicza, we installed LED lighting at pedestrian crossings. In collaboration with Alumast, which supplied composite poles, we implemented modern LED luminaires with specialized optics. The project also included the installation of warning elements such as traffic lights, motion sensors, and speakers, significantly enhancing visibility and pedestrian safety.

The client required increased safety at pedestrian crossings and compliance with lighting standards. The key challenge was to design a system that would provide adequate lighting for both the crossing itself and its immediate surroundings.
We use specialized solutions equipped with additional optics that illuminate the side and vertical profile of pedestrians, in accordance with the latest standards.

Lighting concept
As part of the project, we installed Cordoba LED luminaires with dedicated optics that provided uniform lighting for the pedestrian crossings and their surroundings. These luminaires work with an intelligent warning system that detects pedestrian movement and activates light and sound signals, informing drivers of approaching pedestrians. This modern solution ensures better visibility and safety, especially during evening hours.
