HBR1 LED luminaires are an excellent choice for demanding industrial facilities, such as production halls, warehouses, or large-scale logistics centers. The innovative design without heat sinks minimizes dust accumulation, which is crucial in dusty post-production spaces. This device is ideal for any environment where maintaining a clean working environment is an absolute priority.

Robust Housing Design

The luminaire body is made of die-cast aluminum, protected as standard with a C3-class anti-corrosion coating (with an option to upgrade to C5). The entire unit features a high IP65 ingress protection rating and high IK08 mechanical impact resistance. Thanks to the possibility of installing an additional protective grid, the luminaire can also be successfully installed in sports halls. The fixture is designed to operate in ambient temperatures from -25 to 40 °C; upon request, this range can be extended both upwards and downwards.

Efficiency and Lighting Parameters

The professional LED light sources used in the luminaire are characterized by an exceptional lifespan of up to 100,000 hours of maintenance-free operation. The product offers light with a color temperature of 4000 K or 5000 K, ensuring excellent visibility in industrial halls. Various beam angles (60°, 90°, or 120°) facilitate precise adjustment of lighting to high-bay racking.

Mounting Flexibility

The HBR1 installation system has been designed for maximum convenience and compatibility with the building’s infrastructure. The device can be freely suspended on a cable or chain, as well as mounted on a rigid threaded rod. If necessary, a surface-mounted option is also available using a dedicated swivel bracket.

Intelligent Control and Sensors

This luminaire model is fully prepared for integration with modern lighting management systems. The equipment can work with DALI drivers, allowing for easy control over light intensity. To maximize energy savings, the fixture can be further equipped with motion sensors, light sensors, or an advanced multisensor.
