H-LINE: Advanced Vapor-Proof LED Luminaire

The H-LINE luminaire is a modern lighting solution designed and manufactured in Poland, dedicated to operation in demanding industrial environments. The design stands out with a smooth housing free of external heat sinks, which effectively minimizes the accumulation of contaminants and simplifies maintenance. Thanks to the use of components from renowned brands and precision optics, the luminaire ensures high energy efficiency within a length of 1050 mm.

Efficiency and Lighting Parameters

The system is based on LEDs from leading manufacturers. Key technical parameters include:

• Luminous efficacy – reaching up to 159 lm/W.
• Luminous flux – up to 8421 lm, depending on the configuration.
• LED lifespan – estimated at 100,000h L80B10 (at an ambient temperature of 25°C).
• Light quality – color temperature of 3000K, 4000K, or 5000K with a color rendering index of CRI ≥ 80 and color consistency of SDCM ≤ 3.

Robust Industrial Construction

The body and diffuser are made of high-quality polycarbonate with very high mechanical and fire resistance. The luminaire is adapted to harsh operating conditions:

• IP66 ingress protection – full dust-tightness and high resistance to water penetration.
• IK09 mechanical strength – high resistance to impacts.
• Operating temperature – standard range from -25°C to +35°C (with the possibility of extending the range).

Functionality

H-LINE offers a wide selection of optical systems, allowing for optimal illumination of parking lots, production halls, or warehouses:

• Beam types – available corridor optics (30°x90°), medium (60°), and wide (90°) for transparent diffusers with lenses.
• Diffuser variants – opal, frosted (with increased efficiency), and transparent.
• Control and automation – DALI protocol support, programmable Constant Lumen Output (CLO) function, and optional microwave motion sensor.
• Special versions – option to equip the luminaire with indirect light (upward lighting) in the version with a transparent body.
