Minimizing the UGR coefficient
While the creation of Edge:LED, we took much effort to the minimize of UGR – Unified Glare Ratio. We used modern technology which can be found, for example, the highest quality LCD TVs. Thanks to equal beam of neutral colour, you can increasingly change the comfort of your employees: in an office, display area or a showroom.
The EDGE luminaire is a guarantee of work comfort and savings thanks to the use of high-quality diodes.

The edge system and the glare coefficient.
Fitting Edge is a ceilling LED panel with diodes situated on the edges. Thanks to that, you will have the whole surface illuminated equally, without any visible spots of light. Low UGR let avoid the effect of an uncomfortable glare. The basis of this construction is an alimnium frame of light weight and proper rigidity of the panel. The rear lamp bounces the light by turning it to the side of the lightguide – there are lasercut and invisible from the outside holes responsible for the equalibility and the quality of the light. This technology is used in the production of LED TVs, for instance.
A key device is a diffuser, which allows to achive high effectiveness and proper light distribution while keeping the UGR low. The rear plate is painted white to strenghten the whole construction and make it look aesthetic. Edge:LED can be mounted in 4 different ways: flush (in modular suspended ceillings), suspended, surface mounting and for plasterboard ceilings. Neutral, white colour of 4000K is perfect in office rooms and display spaces
Worth mentioning is the beam of 4000 lm, higher than in the majority of solutions available on the market. It helps to achieve desired effect by reducing the number of light fittings wihin a project, which translates into faster return on investment
