We’re searching for applicants for the following position: Head of Export Department

Main responsibilities:

  • Creating and implementation of export strategy and plan (distribution and direct sales).
  • Building and management a team of mobile sales representatives in Europe.
  • Supervision of the implementation of investment projects.
  • Direct sales to customers within industrial segment
  • Preparation of sales budget and plans; analysis of their implementation.
  • Establishing relations and trade negotiations with key clients
  • Promotion of the Luxon LED brand and participation in the implementation of marketing plan.
  • Monitoring and analysis of the market and competition activities
  • Monitoring and improving the effectiveness of operations in all sales channels.

Our expectations:

  • Experience in managing export sales in B2B sector (preferred sectors: building, electroor tele -technical, air conditioning, ventilation, construction, lightning, photovoltaic,
    recuperation, heating systems).
  • Experience in building tools, creaƟng export processes and introducing products (new market).
  • Experience in building and leading of mobile sales-force.
  • Doświadczenie w budowaniu narzędzi, tworzeniu procesów w eksporcie i wprowadzaniu produktów na nowe rynki.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and investment sales.
  • Proficiency in English and German.
  • Frequent business trips.
  • Responsibility, analytical thinking, perfect communication and organisation skills, willingness to learn.
