New investor
Huge congratulations to the entire Luxon LED team for their commitment, and in particular to Marek Ostrowski for the successful completion of this very important project, which was the acquisition of a new investor. We are excited to announce that our new financial partner since last week is a fund co-managed by Noble Funds TFI and CVI Dom Maklerski (CVI). We would like to thank our previous investor for 5 years of cooperation that allowed our company to spread its wings from a small business to a dynamically growing company with 83 people on board.
From the very beginning Luxon LED has been focused on its dynamic growth in the professional LED lighting industry, in particular in the segments of industry, retail and street lighting. Currently, the finalized process of acquiring an investor is already the second successful round of financing, after obtaining funds for development from business angels in 2013. At the same time, the founders of the company Marek Ostrowski, Krzysztof Ostrowski, Maciej Szott and adviser to the founders, Sławomir Borkowski, will keep the controlling stake (55% of shares) in the company.
As part of the current financing round, Luxon LED raised PLN 3.5M of investment capital for three main areas of growth, such as:
- sales and marketing – further scaling of the company’s revenue on the domestic and exportmarket
- product – execution of further development steps within the portfolio of lighting fixtures and on the IoT market
- production – equipping the new production plant with professional production lines.


We are happy that we could support the dynamic, young but already experienced Luxon LED team with our knowledge and capital. We hope that Luxon LED will continue to dynamically increase revenues and profits.
