Illumination for sterile conditions: SMART LED CLEAN
In clean rooms, environmental parameters undergo strict control, for example, the possibility of such pollutants as dust, ash, chemical fumes or bacteria. Sterile space of pharmacutical companies, research centers and specialized production plants requires proper lightning. That is why, we have produced Smart LED Clean.
It is a luminaire for special applications. Thanks to one of the market’s highest lighting efficiency, application of diffuser made of various materials and a simple and durable structure, we apply it in projects requiring the highest cleanliness standards and a perfect visibility.

Smart LED Clean is a type of fitting dedicated to the rooms where keeping the highest stadards for cleanliness and perfect visibility are key issues. Specialistic scientific research, computer processors production, medicine manufacture – these are some of the activities where any contamination is forbidden. That is why, it is necessary to choose the right fittings of smart design adjusted to rigorous cleanliness and safety requirements.
Smart LED Clean diffuser is made of PCV resistant to chemicals. In the production process we used high quality materials for frequent and carefull washing of the fitting together with carrying out detailed disinfection activities.
The leackage rate at the level of IP65 means that the fitting is fully dust and waterproof. Specialistic tests confirmed the protection from water jets of 12,5 l/min poured on the fitting from any side. The lamp`s lifespan is 50000 hours, whereas another improvement is an exchangable adapter. Smart LED Clean is a thoughtful solution of Luxon`s designers dedicated to the spaces of higher hygene needs.

Working on an industry fitting is very difficult.
