Efficient LED lighting solution tailored for De Facto’s industrial facility.

In the De Facto company, specializing in coating applications, we carried out a lighting modernization in the cathodic and powder coating facilities. The goal of the investment was to improve working comfort, especially in high-temperature areas, and to reduce energy costs. We replaced old fluorescent lamps with efficient LED luminaires, tripling the light intensity at workstations.

The main challenge was to ensure uniform lighting in high-temperature areas, particularly where precise coating work is performed. The lighting needed to be adapted to high-temperature conditions while maintaining low glare levels and work comfort.

Designing lighting in such demanding conditions was challenging, but thanks to the use of LED luminaires resistant to high temperatures, we were able to improve work comfort and reduce energy consumption.

Lighting Concept

In the project, we used Ultima LED HT luminaires, which are resistant to temperatures up to 70°C and have high luminous efficiency. As a result, we tripled the light intensity at workstations, improved lighting uniformity, and reduced glare levels. The luminaires also provided significant energy savings.

We began the cooperation with an inventory and lighting audit to identify key areas requiring modernization. This allowed our project team to tailor luminaires to the specific working conditions in the coating facilities, particularly in high-temperature areas.

After completing the audit, we installed LED luminaires designed to ensure uniform lighting and reduce energy consumption. The installation took place without interrupting the production process, and the use of energy-efficient luminaires resulted in significant savings.
